We are seeking a part-time experienced window washer to join our team. This role is intended for a professional window cleaner who can work independently, maintain high-quality standards, and is comfortable with production-based (per job) compensation rather than hourly pay.

Core Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial window cleaning to professional standards
Use ladders, squeegees, water-fed poles, and professional window cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Provide on-site estimates when required and clearly explain services to customers
Work safely at heights and follow all job site safety procedures
Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining consistent quality
Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment

Required Qualifications

Prior professional window cleaning experience required
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Ability to provide accurate on-site estimates
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Compensation

Production-based pay (per job / per project)
Earnings based on efficiency, quality, and workload

Schedule

Part-time, flexible weekday schedule
Opportunity for additional work based on performance
